MODERN MEETS HERITAGE

Situated in the historic A.G. Sheppard House (1883), this miner’s cabin was renovated to create a cozy getaway from blistering winter storms or a brief respite after long summertime hikes. Always a packed house, guests squeeze into every nook and cranny for a juicy Angus-beef burger, or perhaps a cold draft beer to ease weary legs. But that doesn’t mean guests have to sacrifice privacy. Plush booths, designed with meticulously fine-tuned proportions, provide a cozy escape from the crowd.

FEEL RIGHT AT HOME

A slight departure from Hillstone’s signature dark woods and bold red or inky black booths, this color palette features golden pine paneling and burnt orange leather to provide a softer, more residential, feel. Shaded bronze scones with heritage details dot the perimeter, creating intimacy when the restaurant starts bustling.
